The most giving street in Forrestfield; The 2019 Telethon Home by Residential Building WA is once again at The Hales estate.
After last year’s resounding success, the 2019 Telethon Home by Residential Building WA will be built at Satterley’s The Hales Estate. Like last year, The Residential Building WA home will be built along Evergreen Grove which is located adjacent from the newly landscaped parkland and close to the brand-new display village.
The stunning home by Residential Building WA, owned by JWH Group, will be built on a 450sqm block in The Hales Estate. Satterley and The Hales Estate, along with Residential Building WA, will generously donate part proceeds from the sale of the home to Telethon.

The 2019 Telethon Home by Residential Building WA brings a fresh and modern style to the leafy setting of the Hales estate. Boasting two outdoor entertaining areas, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this custom designed home by Residential Building WA introduces fresh modern design concepts with spacious living areas to create the perfect family home.

Designed with contemporary liveability in mind, The Hales features quality public open spaces, with all houses centred around a substantial strip of parkland. The Hales is landscaped to retain the natural features of the site; built around existing native Marri and Jarrah trees and the trickling waters of Crumpet Creek.
Satterley CEO, Nigel Satterley said, “It is exciting to once again have this year’s home in one of our newest estates The Hales. Last year was a major success and we hope to once again to raise hundreds of thousands of dollars to help improve the lives of children and young people across WA.”
The Hales is yet another example of a Satterley community that will feature 10 landscaped parks and two playgrounds. Construction has recently just finished on the second major park and playground in the estate which is suitable for children of all ages.
Once complete, The Hales is expected to be home to more than 1,100 residents providing a mix of single residential lots, terrace housing and group dwellings.
Since 1968, Channel 7’s Telethon has raised $306 million via the people of WA and continues to financially support the medical and social wellbeing of children and young people and fund research into children’s diseases.
Over those years, Telethon has provided much needed financial assistance to over 160 different organisations across Western Australia. Telethon are proud to be the highest fundraiser per capita in the world.
JHW Group have generously donated over $18M to Telethon as builder of the Metro and Regional Telethon Home for past 14 years. This year JHW Group is proud to be building The 2019 Telethon Home by Residential Building WA, in Metropolitan Perth.
Mr Satterley and his wife Denise have been involved with Telethon for over 40 years and Mr Satterley has been the Patron of Telethon Speech and Hearing, a beneficiary of Telethon, for the past nine years.
This year’s Telethon weekend will be held on Saturday October 26 and Sunday October 27 at the Perth Convention and Exhibition Centre. The auction for the 2019 Telethon Home by Residential Building WA will be held on Sunday October 27 from 11am.
