The Grants are applicable for Contracts signed by the end of 2020. With these incentives and historically-low interest rates, there’s never been a better time for Perth homebuyers to make a move. And if you’re a first home buyer, you’ll still get the State’s $10,000 First Home Owners Grant too, and be eligible for other concessions like stamp duty.
