The 2020 HIA Perth Housing Awards were held on Saturday night. Residential Building WA had entered 3 homes in highly competitive categories and are proud finalists in each section.
Jim Ilias, General Manager said “As a Perth locally owned and operated company, we’re proud to build quality homes for all of our clients, and the fact that they are award-winning is just an added bonus. And we’re all thrilled that the 2019 Telethon Home was acknowledged too – there’s a great sense of community in rallying together staff, suppliers and subcontractors for such a worthy charity.”
Client Home: North Fremantle
This project is based on the New Level Homes Whitehouse Display (now closed).
Our clients fell in love with the design, and want to reproduce the Whitehouse with their own style choices.
This beautiful five-bedroom home is perfect for a modern family and offers clear zoning. Downstairs, the large kitchen with scullery overlooks the open living and dining areas with a seamless connection to the alfresco. The over-sized master suite is truly a parents’ retreat with a huge walk-in robe, and opulent ensuite featuring a freestanding bath, walk-in shower, and double basins to the vanity. Upstairs is the children’s zone with a spacious games room and bedrooms.
Being able to recreate a display home with few changes is a credit to the design team, who maintain an ethos to up-to-date designs for 2 storey home builders in Perth.
Client Home: Mindarie
The brief for this custom-built home provided to our design team expressed the very specific look that the homeowners were seeking to achieve both inside and outside the home. This home features sleek lines, extensive use of glass, and feature brick, creating a sophisticated elevation that fits the Mindarie location seamlessly. Lengthy, open-plan living areas brings a light, modern feel to the home while the clever design of the floorplan maximises all available space on the narrow block.
The clients’ detail a preference towards contemporary style and this became the focus of our design team. The sleek aesthetic was also continued to the internal design. Achieving this required creative thinking both in guiding the clients through their internal selections as well as ensuring the construction process followed through to produce the desired look.
An indulgent master suite was also a high priority and therefore the second storey is a dedicated, complete retreat. Comprising of the sleeping quarters with two stunning velux skylights, a huge sitting room, massive walk-in robe, and the ensuite, which features a large shower, extended vanity, and basin plus a free-standing bath. Our clients are impressed with the level of finish.
Charity Home: The 2019 Telethon Home, by New Level Homes
The designers at New Level Homes understand family. That’s why the 2019 Telethon Home by New Level is the perfect oasis for the whole family. A mix of modern open planned living and traditional private spaces create the right balance of family and personal space in this home.
Open for entertaining, the light and fresh kitchen, dining, and living areas create the perfect hub for family activity. Slide open the doors at either side of the family room to bring the outdoors in. Towards the back of the home enjoy a large alfresco connecting the kid’s activity area to the family space. Summer nights can be spent cooking on the built-in BBQ on the central alfresco nestled in between the lounge, hallway, and living.
Kids can enjoy their own sanctuary at the rear of the home. Three bedrooms line the hallway along with a bathroom and separate powder room. An activity room that can grow with your family, perfect for a kid’s playroom or study is flooded with light from the sliding doors to the alfresco area.
We’re honoured to assist in Telethon’s mission to ensure that the children of Western Australia have the best quality services and support now and well into the future.
